A:  We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal Payments, and mailed checks or money orders made payable to "Every Second Counts, LLC", P.O. Box 114, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.

 

Q: Is my payment information secure on your site?

A: Yes, checkout is processed through secure pages.

 

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?

A: For single orders and orders up to 20, USPS is used. Shipping takes place within 48 hours and should arrive within 1 week. For orders 25+, UPS ground service is used. Shipping takes place within 1 week and your order should arrive the following week (2 weeks total) if not sooner.

 

Q: How do I submit my Logo for customized Child Identification Booklets?

A: Please email us at everysecondcountschildsafety@gmail.com with an attachment of your logo (EPS, PDF, JPG, or TIF files) and we will discuss your project and ensure all your needs are met. Once we have a final proto-type, we will ship to you at no cost to approve. Once approved, we will complete the printing on your order.

 

Q: Do you invoice or accept Purchase Orders?

A: Yes, we can invoice with a PO if you are a corporation, organization, school, or police department.

 

Q: Can I receive a custom quote?
